WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
Physical products can be exchanged or returned for a refund. Refunds will be issued in full to your original form of payment. We accept all requests for returns, exchanges or refunds. please contact us (online@afs.ae).
HOW DO I PLACE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
We want to provide our AFS community with a wonderful experience from start to finish. Please reach out (online@afs.ae) with your order number and the products you’d like to exchange or return, and we’ll take care of the rest.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?
Please allow up to 5 business days for our team to process your return or exchange. Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
MY ORDER IS DELAYED, LOST OR STOLEN.
We’ll do everything we can to track down your package! Check with your neighbors before you email us, and we’ll follow up with the shipping carrier to see what went amiss.

MY PRODUCTS ARRIVED DAMAGED.
Please Email us (online@afs.ae) if there are any issues and we will send you a new package immediately.
SHOULD I RETURN GIFTS THAT WERE INCLUDED WITH A PURCHASE?
All Gifts sent in our package are not to be returned with the return shipment. It is our pleasure to provide gifts to our valuable customers so you can keep the free gifts.
