Our Sales Assistant will answer all questions regarding our Brands, Products and associated information such as Price, Minimum Order Quantity, Shipping, and other relevant details.
We will let you know about any available discounts or marketing collateral for our products.
Product Selection
Our Clients & Distributors can select the products they require for their target audience and market. We can also assist in curating the correct products for your target market.
Placing the Order
Once our Client is satisfied with the product selection, they can place an order with the assigned Sales Assistant.
The order details will include the product, quantity and any additional requirements.
Order Confirmation and Payment
Once the Order is confirmed, we will provide all necessary documentation for our clients.
The payment terms will be as agreed between the two parties.
Order Processing and Delivery
Our Warehouse Team will process, prepare and pack the order as per client requirements. If delivery is required and agreed upon previously, we will provide the necessary services.
The team will conduct any required quality checks before releasing the order.
